AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - The Arkansas-Auburn game will feature two of
the Southeastern Conference's most dynamic - and different -
No. 7 Auburn's Cam Newton comes into Saturday's game as the
nation's second-most efficient passer and the SEC's leading rusher.
Ryan Mallett of the 12th-ranked Razorbacks is the league's top
passer by more than 100 yards a game.
Both are 6-foot-6 and integral to their teams' success. But they
do things in different ways.
Newton is on track to join Auburn's Jimmy Sidle as the only SEC
quarterback to have a 1,000-yard rushing season. Mallett is
throwing for nearly 350 yards a game, second-most nationally.
Auburn linebacker Craig Stevens says both can make plays and
"that's all it comes down to."
