A new Rimington Trophy watch list is out. The field has been cut down to 66 of the nation's top centers. Auburn's Reese Dismukes and Alabama's Ryan Kelly are still on the list.
Kelly is heading into his second season anchoring the Tide's offensive line. Kelly started in nine of 13 games last season. He missed four games due to a knee injury.
Kelly stepped into the starting position with the departure of Barrett Jones. Jones won the Rimington Trophy in 2012.
Dismukes is a three-year starter for the Tigers. He was one of six finalists for the award last season.
According to Auburn's records, Dismukes graded out at 90 percent or better in every one of Auburn's 14 games last season.
The winner of award is determined by finding the consensus All-America pick at center from the teams released by the Walter Camp Foundation, Sporting News and Football Writers Association of America.
11 of the SEC's 14 centers made the list. Here is the complete Rimington Trophy watch list: http://www.rimingtontrophy.com/watchlist/
