NCAA Clears Jay Prosch to Play at Auburn this Season

AUBURN, Alabama -- Fullback Jay Prosch will be allowed to play at Auburn this season after transferring from Illinois, where he played last year.

The NCAA said Prosch won't have to sit out for a season, as most transfers do, because he changed schools to be closer to his ailing mother, who is battling cancer in Mobile.
