LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- Kentucky running back Josh Clemons is
expected to play at No. 1 LSU this Saturday after suffering a hamstring injury last weekend.
Kentucky coach Joker Phillips made the announcement Wednesday. Clemons was limited to three carries for seven yards and one catch for nine yards, all in the first quarter of the Wildcats' 48-10 loss to Florida on Saturday.
He earned his first career start on Sept. 17 when Sanders was sidelined with arthroscopic knee surgery. Phillips says the earliest date Sanders could return would be Oct. 9 at South Carolina.
Clemons leads the Wildcats (2-2, 0-1) with 200 yards on 40 rushes and two touchdowns this season. He set a school record for freshmen with an 87-yard touchdown run against Central Michigan on
