He's nicknamed the Tasmanian Devil, tearing his way up and down 100 yards of the football field. Former Tide running back Eddie Lacy is known for his signature spin move but Lacy says for now, he's putting it to rest.

In an interview with the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, the rookie Green Bay Packer says he's not gonna be spinning around the NFL. His reason? He wants to get a better feel for the speed of the game at the pro level.

The big stage is a whole different ball game. Lacy was quoted saying he can't afford to be hit now coming out of a spin move. He's playing it safe for now to avoid a knockout from the big boys.
