Cats without Locke for USC

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky will likely be without leading
rusher Derrick Locke for Saturday's game against No. 10 South
Coach Joker Phillips says Locke doubtful due stingers in both
shoulders, including one suffered during last week's loss to
Auburn. The senior is fourth in the SEC in rushing, averaging 95.7
yards per game.
If Locke can't play, Phillips says the Wildcats will rely more
on wide receiver Randall Cobb, who sometimes takes snaps out of the
"WildCobb" formation.
The Wildcats will also use sophomore Donald Russell, who had 51
yards of total offense in the second half against Auburn after
Locke went out with an injury.
