FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) -- New Arkansas coach Bret Bielema is finally ready to show off the results of the work he's put in over his short time with the Razorbacks.
The former Wisconsin coach inherited a team with scars that ran deep from the post-Bobby Petrino fallout, including a 4-8 collapse last season and predictions of a last-place finish in the SEC West this year.
Bielema has provided Arkansas with a much-needed dose of stability. The Razorbacks open the season at home Aug. 31 against Louisiana-Lafayette.
