AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Auburn coach Gene Chizik says the offensive
line is making the potent running game go, not just Cam Newton or
the tailbacks.

The third-ranked Tigers switched up from Newton's quarterback
runs to handoffs at Mississippi and still topped 300 yards rushing
for the fifth consecutive Southeastern Conference game. Chizik says
that shows the veteran line is "the stabilizing force" in the
ground attack.

The Tigers have four seniors starting on the offensive line with
a collective 145 career starts.

Chizik called out his blockers three weeks into the season
urging them to be more physical. He hasn't had complaints since
then.

The Tigers are running for 308 yards a game and no SEC team has
averaged 300-plus since 1985 when Bo Jackson and Auburn did it.
