Auburn hoped to see some improvement after it's season opening win against Utah State. The Tigers saw some positive signs in last week's 41-34 win over Mississippi State, but the team still isn't satisfied.
Auburn is very fortuante to be 2-0, and the Tigers know they could easily be 0-2. To avoid more nail biters, the Tigers know they've got to get better.
And, that needs to happen fast, with a road trip to Clemson on the schedule this Saturday.
"I think we made some baby steps on Saturday in being a better football team, but we have so many strides left to go," Auburn Head Coach Gene Chizik said. "Our goal is to get better every week, and we're certainly going to have to do that to have a chance this Saturday in a very, very tough place to play."
Clemson will host Auburn at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday on ABC.
