TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) -- T.J. Yeldon might be top-ranked Alabama's next great tailback but that doesn't mean he's eager to chat about it.
The Crimson Tide's reserved sophomore says he doesn't much like doing media interviews and says he seldom gets recognized on campus. Yeldon says he just doesn't "really like talking."
Luckily for Alabama fans who expect him to add another link to the Mark Ingram-Trent Richardson-Eddie Lacy chain of star runners, he has no such aversion to physical contact.
Yeldon does say his ambition is to be "the best running back to ever come through here."
He set Alabama's freshman record with 1,108 yards and finished with huge performances in the SEC and national title games.
Tide coach Nick Saban says, "We expect him to have a great year."
