BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - LSU has moved back the start of spring
football practice from Friday to Monday.
Coach Les Miles says he decided to change the schedule because
of Thursday's hiring of former LSU quarterback Steve Ensminger as
new tight ends coach.
The opening practice on Monday will be the first of five slated
for next week, followed by the first scrimmage of the spring
schedule on Saturday, March 6.
Spring practice remains scheduled to end with the annual spring
game on March 27.
