Wiregrass HR Derby Set for Saturday at Rehobeth

The Wiregrass Home Run Derby is back. For the 19th year, the area's top high school baseball players will compete for the home run derby title.

This year's event will be held at the baseball field at Rehobeth High School, beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, February 9th. The finals are set to begin around 3 p.m.

A handful of lucky high schools stars will make the finals, earning the right to to hit against former Post 12 star and current Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman Clint Robinson.

Advance tickets are available for $7 each at C&M Sporting Goods. Tickets will be $10 at the gate on Saturday.
