Marianna, FL -- Kimberly Sinisterra scored 14 points, leading St. Petersburg College past Hillsborough Community College at the FCSAA State Tournament on Wednesday. The Lady Titans advance to the semifinals on Friday against the winner of Gulf Coast and Sante Fe.
Kayla Roberts had 12 points and eight rebounds and Antqunita Reed added eight points and 11 rebounds for the Lady Titans, who outrebounded the Lady Hawks 54-34.
Rachel Reid had a game-high 17 points for Hillsborough Community College.
This year's Men's and Women's State Tournaments are both being played at Chipola College in Marianna. The host Lady Indians will play at 6 p.m. on Wednesday night against Florida State College out of Jacksonville.
