Snaer leads Florida State past Wake Forest 76-62

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- Michael Snaer scored 19 of his game-high 24 points in the second half Tuesday night leading Florida State to a 76-62 win over Wake Forest.

Snaer scored 13 points during a 23-3 run midway through the second half that put the game out of reach for the visitors. Okaro White added 13 points and Boris Bojanovsky matched his career best with 10 for the Seminoles, who avenged a 25-point loss to the Demon Deacons 17 days earlier.

C.J. Harris' lone 3 of the game with 15:56 left pulled Wake Forest to within 44-43 before Snaer ignited the run that gave Florida State a 67-46 lead.

The Seminoles (15-13, 7-8 Atlantic Coast Conference) led 40-34 at halftime while winning for just the second time in their last six games.

Travis McKee led Wake Forest (12-15, 5-10) with 15 points, but was limited to a single free throw in the second half.
