One of the nation's top dual-threat quarterbacks, junior college star Nick Marshall said on Monday that he has committed to Auburn. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound athlete spent last season putting up astounding numbers at Garden City Community College in Kansas after being dismissed from Georgia in early 2012 following an incident that reportedly involved stealing money from fellow players.
According to a report from Bryan Matthews of Auburn Undercover, Auburn has not yet accepted Marshall's commitment pending a review of his grades. Matthews also reports that Auburn is recruiting Marshall as an athlete with the potential of starting out at cornerback.
