NASCAR-NATIONWIDE
AVONDALE, Ariz. (AP) -- Joey Logano picked up his ninth Nationwide Series win of the season, and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. moved a big step closer toward a second championship.
Elliott Sadler and Stenhouse started the race tied in the Nationwide standings. Now Stenhouse goes into Homestead up 20 points in the standings.
Stenhouse can clinch the title by finishing 16th or better in next week's finale.
NASCAR-DANICA
AVONDALE, Ariz. (AP) -- Danica Patrick has decided not to race in the Indianapolis 500 next season.
Multiple people familiar with her plans tell The Associated Press that Patrick has decided running the Indy 500 would be a distraction to her NASCAR efforts.
