AUBURN, Ala. (AP) -- Alabama will try to continue its winning
streak over rival Auburn without star forward Tony Mitchell.

Crimson Tide coach Anthony Grant suspended Mitchell indefinitely
ahead of Tuesday night's visit to Auburn.

Alabama has won the last three meetings with the Tigers, but is
2-5 on the road this season. Auburn has flourished at home in
winning 12 of 13 games and is coming off a three-point loss at No.
20 Mississippi State.

Tide forward JaMychal Green says the loss of Mitchell means
"it's time for our freshmen and sophomores to step up, come off
the bench and provide what we need."

Auburn coach Tony Barbee says Mitchell is "a fantastic player"
but that rivalry games are played at a high level regardless of
who's playing.
