Today, former Houston County standout Earnest Tyson, alone with Ed Critten, signed to play basketball at the next level.
Critten and Tyson will both play at Selma University next season under head coach Jeremy Fortune.
Critten, a three-point specialist, had 8 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 assists this past season.
During the 2011-2012 season, Tyson earned Dothan Eagle Super 12 honors, scoring 20 points per game along with nearly nine rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals per game.
Both Critten and Typson thanked family and friends but said Coach Fleming and Coach Miller were critical in helping them reach their goal.
