Dothan Duo Makes College Choices

Dothan senior linebacker Julian Jackson says he always dreamed of playing in the ACC. Jackson will get his wish, verbally committing to Wake Forest on Wednesday.

Jackson, who was Dothan's defensive MVP as a senior, is the fourth Tigers player to verbally commit. Fellow Tigers linebacker Charles Corbitt also committed on Wednesday, picking Stillman College.

Dothan already had two players committed to FBS schools, with Kamryn Melton choosing Auburn and Adrian Kirkland committing to UAB. Tigers quarterback Diante Thomas has been offered a scholarship by Troy, although he's likely to begin his career in the JUCO ranks.
