Chipola Athletics Enjoys Successful Tuesday

The Chipola Men's Basketball Team came out red hot against rival Gulf Coast Community College on Tuesday night. The Indians jumped out to a 19-5 lead early in the first half, and never looked back, pounding the Commodores 92-69.

Chipola's win at the Milton H. Johnson Center capped a successful day for Indians athletics. The Chipola Baseball Team was also victorious on Tuesday, traveling to Ozark and defeating Wallace-Dothan 5-3.

The Indians scored an unearned run in the first inning and added three more in the second to build a 4-0 lead. The Govs made a late rally, but came up short, as the Indians held on for the 5-3 win.
