Brad McCoy from Daleville High School. Went undefeated last year and lost in the first round of the playoffs..says this year they're using that as motivation.
Trent Taylor head coach of Straughn. His 24th year as head coach. Lost in the state semifinal last year. This year they return the largest senior class.

Darren Stewart from Houston County high school. With no wins last season, they're working towards better results for the 2013 season.
Pate Harrison from Dale County High School. Entering his 2nd year coaching. Made it to the playoffs but lost in the first round..says they didn't play their best and are looking for big things in the future.
Frankie Clark from Rehobeth High School. Was asked to take over as head coach this season. He's a Rehobeth grad and has been part of the program for years, but is excited for the new position.
Coach Julius Head from Ariton. Says they need go be stronger, quicker, and more aggressive to compete this year.
Micah Johnson from Headland. This year they're look for success early to make a run for the playoffs.
Scott Horne from G.W. Long. Says this year's team leader is quarterback Stetson Payne.
Al Shipman from Abbeville. He says he's most excited about the defense this year.
Roger McDonald..his first year head coaching Carroll High. He's looking forward to taking over a program that saw success last year with a 6-5 final record.
