This week, butler head coach Brad Stevens made his move to the NBA leaving the Bulldogs with a spot to fill.

After only three days, the new head coach is named and they didn't have to search very far.

Brandon Miller was hired as an assistant coach under Stevens in April after serving as an assistant for a year at Illinois. The program is even more familiar to Miller than that.

He played point guard for the university for three seasons. leading the team to a 77 and 20 record during that time, a sweet sixteen appearance and became one of eight players in program history to score 1,000 points in just three seasons.
