While some of the state's top incoming seniors football prospects have yet to announce their college choices, the player many believe to be the top rising junior in the state of Alabama is set to announce his college decision in the coming weeks.

Northridge High School star Bo Scarbrough will hold a press conference on July 23 at 9 a.m. to announce where he'll be attending college, according to BamaOnline. The 6-foot-2, 220-pound athlete is rated a five-star prospect by 247Sports and is ranked as the top player in the state of Alabama for the Class of 2014.
