A Texas judge has ordered disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong to testify about his use of performancing-enhancing drugs.
Nebraska-based acceptance insurance is seeking the information as part of a lawsuit.
The company is looking to recover three million dollars in bonuses it paid Armstrong between 1999 and 2001.
The judge filed the order last week, asking Armstrong provide documents and written answers to questions by September 30th.
The case is set to go to trial in April of 2014.
