Phoenix, AZ- The coaches press conference Sunday started with a photo op with the trophy, but both hope to

finish holding the crystal ball high Monday night. The start will be key to just that. First you've got to corral the emotions of the moment
"The game will take a minute to slow down" Said Auburn Head Coach Gene Chizik "As we tell our players all the time when the game

slows down for you then you can play football, i just think early in the game it will be moving

really fast for a lot of people."

So early on it will be the race to find out what the opponent is doing, Oregon coach Chip Kelly

says they could have had 2 months to prepare, but they'll know more once the game begins.

"it's difficult for you to look at something and say hey, they've faced this before so that's

what they're going to give us and that happens in every game we play because what we do is so

unique we can break down all 13 games and say "this is what we anticipate "

But while the coaches think about the start and adjustments, players know these teams are set for a full 60 minutes.

"I think that Pressure makes the pipes bust" Said Oregon Heisman Finalist Lamichael James "so you really can't think that way you know so we just gotta go out there and play four quarters, i'm playing loose and free and all my teammates are playing loose as well"

"You can't look at it as at the end of the second quarter or the end of the third quarter." Said Auburn Quarterback Cam Newton.

"Everybody has to be all in on every single play you have to look at it as this play we're going to execute as best as we can and the rest will take care of itself. "
