Alabama Set to Open Spring Practice on March 16th

By Andrew Gribble | agribble@al.com

TUSCALOOSA, Alabama -- Alabama will open spring practice March 16, the school announced Wednesday.

The Crimson Tide will be working toward its end-of-spring, A-Day scrimmage, which is set for April 20. That game, which kicks off at 2 p.m., will be free to public and can be seen live on ESPN2.

The University of Alabama's spring break will be sandwiched into the Crimson Tide's practice schedule. Alabama will hold four practices (March 16, 18, 20 and 22) before it breaks for 10 days.
