wrongdoing involving athletes and agents. The NCAA won't discuss
the cases specifically, but officials say they believe they are
making progress in cracking down on impermissible activity.
The NCAA's Rachel Newman-Baker says she thinks people are more
willing to share what they know, making enforcement easier.
Agent Mark Bartelstein says it would be great if the NCAA could
do a better job enforcing its policies. He says sometimes those who
follow the rules end up at a disadvantage.
