Alabama Quarterback Greg McElroy did a little coaching over the weekend. McElroy spent the last four days instructing high schoolers at the Manning Passing Academy in Thibideoux, Louisiana.
More than 1000 high school players descended on the Nicholls State University campus. It's the second year McElroy has been a counselor for the event. He gives out his advice to the young players, but he also takes the chance to study under the manning family stars.
"Those guys are never satisfied with themselves or anything around them,” McElroy said. “They're always striving to get better. That's all something we want to think and gave. We want to have those attributes as players. That's why they've been so successful in not only the college level, but in the pro ranks as well."
