The Troy Trojans are gearing up for their postseason matchup in the N.I.T. against the Ole Miss Rebels in Oxford Wednesday.
The team took to the court for practice Monday afternoon before they leave for “The Grove” tomorrow.
Among things they hope to leave behind is the hangover coming off the loss against North Texas in the Sun Belt Conference Championship Game.
Troy Head Coach Don Maestri says the team will have to play better on offense than they did last week if they want to advance against the Rebels Wednesday.
Troy last played in the N.I.T. back in 2004 losing to Niagra in the first round by 5. Now, as one of the tournament's lower seeds, they look to make noise against an SEC opponent.
