Sun Belt Conference coaches have picked Troy University to win the conference crown in 2007.
Coaches released their preseason poll Tuesday in New Orleans.
The Trojans received five of the eight-first place votes.
Middle Tennessee, which shared last year's title with Troy, was picked to finish second.
Three Trojans were named to the all-conference team. Troy opens the
season against Arkansas on September first.
