AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Eight Auburn players have been named to one of the Coaches Preseason All-SEC teams.
Topping the list announced today is defensive end Quentin Groves, picked for the first team. Groves enters his senior season with 23 career sacks, needing just three to tie the Auburn all-time record.
Defensive back Jonathan Wilhite was named to the second team.
Six others were named to the third team. They include offensive tackle King Dunlap, running back Brad Lester, nose guard Josh Thompson, linebacker Tray Blackmon and defensive backs Eric Brock and Patrick Lee.
