Jones Warns Longhorns of Other Receiving Threats

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) - Alabama's receiving corps isn't all
about Julio.

Julio Jones gets most of the attention from both the media and
opposing defenses, but he says teammates Marquis Maze, Darius Hanks and Colin Peek are capable of making defenses pay for
double-teaming him.

He'll almost certainly see more double teams Thursday night when
the top-ranked Crimson Tide faces No. 2 Texas.

The Tide (13-0) and Heisman Trophy-winning tailback Mark Ingram
are facing the nation's top-ranked run defense. The Longhorns are
allowing just 62 yards a game on the ground.

Maze is coming off his best game, a 96-yard performance against
Florida in the SEC championship game.

Texas All-America safety Earl Thomas said focusing too much on
Jones can be dangerous. He says the others are "great players
