AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Auburn linebacker Tray Blackmon says he is determined to seize his latest opportunity.
The sophomore missed the Cotton Bowl under the second suspension of his brief career, and left school for spring semester to return home for personal reasons.
Blackmon is now enrolled in the summer semester. He says he doesn't want to be a "could've, would've, should've guy."
Blackmon was suspended for the first six games of last season following his offseason arrest for underage drinking in his hometown of LaGrange, Georgia. He quickly won the starting job but was suspended for the Cotton Bowl for reasons that Auburn didn't disclose.
Now, he is back in school and on track to practice this fall.
