BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Jared Bradford scattered six hits over seven innings as LSU defeated Auburn 10-1 Sunday.
Bradford walked just one and struck out nine for LSU (18-15-1, 3-7-1 Southeastern Conference).
Auburn (23-12, 3-9 SEC) avoided the shutout when Joseph Sanders singled home Bruce Edwards with two down in the sixth inning.
Edwards had singled to lead off the inning, went to second on Luke Greinke's sac bunt and moved up to third on a wild pitch.
