South Regional: Ohio State 85 Tennessee 84

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Ohio State put on a frantic rally from 20 points down and Greg Oden saved the Buckeyes with a last-second block that propelled them past Tennessee 85-to-84 in the South Regional semifinal.

Senior Ron Lewis scored 25 points and freshman Mike Conley had nine of his 17 from the foul line, including the winner with six-point-five seconds left.

But Conley missed a second shot, giving Tennessee one last chance. Ramar Smith grabbed the rebound and went all the way to the rim.

Then it was Oden to the rescue, swatting the ball into the Volunteers' cheerleaders and dropping back to earth himself with his biggest smile of the night.

Ohio State plays Memphis in Saturday's South Regional final and a trip to the Final Four.
