Gators using bye to recover from injury, illness

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Quarterback Tim Tebow isn't the only
Florida player missing practice this week.

He's not even the only one with a concussion.

Defensive back Moses Jenkins (concussion), defensive tackle
Brandon Antwine (shoulder), center Maurkice Pouncey (shoulder),
guard Mike Pouncey (ankle) and linebacker Brendan Beal (neck) have
been slowed by injuries. Tebow missed a second consecutive practice
Wednesday after sustaining a concussion Saturday at Kentucky.

The top-ranked Gators also have two more players with
respiratory and congestive problems. Scout team quarterback Andrew
Blaylock and defensive end Kedric Johnson came down with symptoms
Wednesday, coach Urban Meyer said. Cornerback Markihe Anderson and safety Will Hill were sick earlier in the week.
