TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - Alabama coach Nick Saban named former
Benjamin Russell High School coach director of player development Friday.
Martin will work with athletic student services to help students academically and in personal development and strength and conditioning.
Martin compiled a 52-and-24 record in six seasons as head coach at Benjamin Russell, where he also worked as an assistant.
Martin played 10 years in the Canadian Football League.
