TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - No. 3 Alabama's imposing defensive front
is gearing up for its biggest test.
The Crimson Tide hosts Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett and the
nation's No. 2 offense on Saturday in its Southeastern Conference
Alabama coach Nick Saban says getting pressure with a four-man
rush will be a big key in containing the Razorbacks' high-powered
passing game. The Tide is tied for the SEC lead with 10 sacks;
Arkansas has allowed only a pair of sacks in two games.
The 'Bama offense also got some welcome news Monday. Receiver
Julio Jones and tailback Roy Upchurch returned to practice after
missing the North Texas game with leg injuries.
