Meyer Calls Moody "Injury Magnet"

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Florida running back Emmanuel Moody has
missed both days of fall practice because of an ankle injury, and
coach Urban Meyer isn't certain when he will return.

Meyer also is unsure whether Moody can stay healthy. Meyer called Moody an "injury magnet" following practice Friday. Meyer says Moody is doing all the right things in the weight room, but the Southern California transfer can't seem to avoid injuries.

Moody missed four games with the Trojans in 2006 because of an
ankle injury, then sat out the 2007 season because of NCAA transfer
rules. He was sidelined four games last year, three because of more
ankle problems, finishing with 417 yards rushing on 58 carries.

This spring, he had surgery to repair a broken bone in a hand.
