(AP)-- Former Alabama starting linebacker Prince Hall is transferring to Central Washington for his senior season.
Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban announced Hall's decision to spend
his final season at the Division II school on Friday. He had played
in 36 games and started 14 for the Tide, making 152 tackles in
But off the field Hall had been suspended three times in the
past two seasons for violating team rules. He had not been allowed
to practice with the team during the last two springs.
Hall said he thought the transfer represented a great
opportunity to finish his career.
