KISSIMMEE, Fla. (AP) - Atlanta Braves pitcher Tom Glavine has
thrown under game conditions for the first time since elbow and
shoulder surgery. Glavine worked two innings in an intrasquad
contest Monday.

Glavine, who turns 43 next week, allowed two hits and one run
while working against a lineup made up mostly of top minor league
prospects. He struck out two and threw 38 pitches.

Glavine leads all active pitchers with 305 wins. The left-hander
made only 13 starts a year ago for Atlanta and went 2-4 with a 5.54
ERA before his season was cut short by an elbow injury.

He re-signed with the Braves after the start of spring training.
