5-of-6 from 3-point range, and LSU celebrated 100 years of
basketball with a 79-69 victory over Arkansas on Saturday.
Chris Johnson had 18 points, 11 rebounds and seven blocked shots for LSU (17-4, 5-1 Southeastern Conference), while Marcus Thornton also scored 18 points
Michael Washington scored 24 for Arkansas (13-6, 1-5), which has lost four of its last five games. Courtney Fortson had 17 points and nine assists for the Razorbacks and Rotnei Clarke added 12 points.
