BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Mississippi State tailback Anthony
Dixon, Tennessee safety Eric Berry and LSU placekicker Colt David
are Southeastern Conference players of the week.

Dixon rushed for a career-high 179 yards and caught two
touchdown passes in Mississippi State's win over Arkansas.

Berry returned an interception 45 yards for a touchdown and had
a sack in Tennessee's win at Vanderbilt. Berry, who also lined up
at quarterback in the game, has seven interceptions for an
SEC-record 265 yards this season.

David hit field goals of 46 and 52 yards in LSU's loss to

Ole Miss center Daverin Geralds was offensive lineman of the
week. Defensive line honors went to teammate Peria Jerry. Florida
running back Chris Rainey was the top freshman.
