COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The time may be now for Ohio State's quarterback of the future.
Terrelle Pryor won't attend his first college class until Wednesday. Still, he is the choice of the week for coach Jim Tressel in the Buckeyes' surprising quarterback derby.
With Ohio State's 35-3 loss to top-ranked Southern California, Tressel came away impressed with Pryor. He said during preparation for Saturday's game against Troy that Pryor would get most of the snaps with the top offensive unit in practice.
Pryor and Todd Boeckman are likely to split duties Saturday against Troy.
Kick off is 11 a.m.
