Recruit Dismissed by Oklahoma Lands at Troy

TROY, Ala. (AP) - A wide receiver recruit who was kicked off Oklahoma's roster earlier this month has decided to enroll at Troy instead.

Josh Jarboe, who pleaded guilty to weapons charges earlier this year, was dismissed by Sooners coach Bob Stoops on Aug. 1 after he rapped about guns and shooting people in a video that surfaced on the Internet.

Jarboe was considered one of the top 10 high school receivers in the nation.
