AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Several Auburn players were involved in a fight during practice.
Auburn coach Tommy Tuberville downplayed the incident Tuesday. He said he wants his players to be in "a foul mood" and that they're not going to hurt each other.
The fight started when offensive lineman Ryan Pugh and defensive end Antonio Coleman were squaring off in one-on-one blocking drills.
The Mobile Press-Register described it as a wild fight and reported that punches were thrown and that the players knocked over a water cooler. Offensive tackle Lee Ziemba then joined in while Tuberville and other coaches yelled at the players to break it up.
The Tigers' practices have been marred by several fights, including scuffles between Ziemba and ends Coleman and Antoine Carter.
