Some of the country's best junior tennis players are in Dothan this week. They're here for the USTA Southwest Zone Team championships.
14-year-old boys and girls are in the team event. A total of 120 players are spending time on the courts over at the Westgate Tennis Center. Teams are here from all over the country. Several teams are here from California.
The team format is a little different then what these players usually play. These players are competitors for most of the year but team-up this week as they try to win a zone championship.
The Southwest team from Arizona and New Mexico is undefeated in the first three days of the tournament and the players hope to ride the momentum into Thursday's finals.
