A sexually explicit rap song performed by a group including several current and former Miami Hurricanes football players has surfaced on the Internet. Athletic director Paul Dee calls the song demeaning.
The nine-minute song describes lewd sexual acts and denigrates women. It was recorded two years ago by a group calling itself The
Seventh Floor Crew.
Hurricanes coach Larry Coker has confirmed that several players were part of the group.
The school's athletic director says the recording is -- quote --"unfortunate, inappropriate and demeaning." He says any students
whose voices can be identified will be subject to discipline and-or
counseling.
