MACON, Ga. (AP) - Matt Hall, Joseph Sanders and Kevin Patterson homered in an 11-run fourth inning and Auburn beat Mercer 18-6 Tuesday night.
Mercer (22-30) got a two-run homer from Casey Stuart in the second inning and added three runs in the third to take a 6-1 lead before Auburn (28-25) launched an eight-hit attack in the fourth.
Sanders was 5-for-5 and had five RBIs and scored three runs for the Tigers.
Michael Hurst (3-4) earned the win with five innings of three-run relief. Justice French (1-4) took the loss.
