AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Auburn quarterbacks Kodi Burns and Chris Todd will be among those trying to make an impression on fans in the spring game.
Burns and Todd are competing for the starting job entering today's (Saturday's) A-Day game at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
With few healthy tailbacks, coach Tommy Tuberville says the scrimmage will feature plenty of passing.
Offensive coordinator Tony Franklin said this week NO Number 1 passer would be named this spring, but narrowed the race down to Burns and Todd.
Todd, a junior college transfer, has been slowed by a nagging shoulder problem.
Other positions with spots up for grabs include receiver, defensive back and linebacker.
